SOS provides many services to the Seniors 65+ and Handicapped 60+ of our community. For every client they need a volunteer. This is a partial list – see their website for more info:

• Social Outreach – Staying Connected – write one card per month to a senior
• Social Outreach – Holiday Outreach – delivering gift/food baskets
• Social Outreach – Phone and/or Visiting Friend
• Social Outreach – Monthly events
• Helping Hands – Adopt a Lawn
• Helping Hands – Assist with Minor Repairs
• Helping Hands – Coordinate Group Service Days
• Transportation – Drivers – transport seniors to doctor appointments, shopping, etc…
• Transportation – Errands – pick up groceries, prescriptions, etc…
• Staff for fundraising events – seasonal
