In 2014, the City created a committee and spent considerable money having a “Comprehensive Plan” developed for our City. It was a good plan and with the exception of the TRE, many of those plans could still be put into place. I have been at odds with the city for 2 years as I have asked why this plan wasn’t/isn’t being implemented. The city has now decided to create a new committee and a new plan. I encourage you to read the old plan, formulate your own ideas and then make sure to follow the new plans’ developments.
